A completely clothed in yoga type massage! Rhythmic compressions, acupressure, assisted yoga postures and passive stretching are some movements you can expect during this session. This massage has roots in Thai massage and barefoot massage, among others. Can help reduce muscle tension, increase blood circulation, and increase mobility. This massage is given on a Thai massage mat, not the table. 2 hours is recommended.

Facial massage can possibly help with healthy circulation and lymphatic drainage beneath the skin. Steaming the skin can be wonderful for dilating the pores, which aids in the removal of dirt and dead skin cells. Consistent customized facials can possibly help relax facial muscles, which has been known to help reduce puffiness, sagging and promote skin cell rejuvenation to give you a more vibrant, healthier-looking face, neck and décolletage. Face cream, wash and most masques are made in house and customized to your skin type and/or issues. NO extraction, chemical peels or microderm.
